Administrative is the nucleus of each OrthoAtlanta location office. Everything begins and ends with administrative. Administrative is the face of OrthoAtlanta providing direct interaction with our patients in person and over the phone. Administrative is where all our operations roles reside. Positions include: Administrative Lead, Appointment Scheduler, Front Desk Representative, Business Office Assistant, Insurance Verification, Marketing and Medical Secretary. You will also find revenue driven roles in the Administrative category. These roles call for detail-oriented, finance-focused individuals and impacts revenue cycle. Clinical roles are the heart of OrthoAtlanta. This is where diagnoses are made, treatment is planned and healing begins. Our goal is to help patients in their journey to quality healthcare. Positions include: Clinical Assistant, Clinical Lead, Orthopedic Medical Assistant, Surgery Scheduler, Surgical Tech and Workers’ Compensation Representative. Clinical is also where you will find imaging positions. A team of certified professionals, OrthoAtlanta imaging professionals are experienced in the use of the latest imaging equipment including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), X-ray and C-Arm imaging. This team is not only committed to the support of patient care, but consist of individuals who are caring and display empathy toward the needs of our patients. Positions include: MRI Administrator, MRI Technologist, and X-Ray Technologist. Our Durable Medical Equipment personnel consist of a team of individuals who are knowledgeable in the field of Orthopedics and medical supplies. Physician Extender
Due to continued growth, OrthoAtlanta is seeking qualified Mid-Level Provider candidates for multiple locations in the Metro Atlanta area. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental, CME reimbursement, and 401(k). Responsibilities include assisting the physician in both the office and hospital setting, independent clinics seeing patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries and illnesses, assisting in the operating room as needed, and performing emergency room and hospital consultations. This position requires an experienced provider. Candidates should be flexible and have a strong desire to work both independently and as a team member. Excellent assessment skills and a strong work ethic are required. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package. Eligible for PA/NP License in GA.
