Stem Cell Therapy for Nonunion Fracture of the Tibia

This minimially-invasive procedure is used to treat a fracture of the tibia that has failed to heal after several months with an injection of stem cells drawn from the patient’s pelvis. The stem cells promote the natural healing of the fracture.

Thanksgiving Holiday Closures

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta offices, including physical therapy offices, MRI, and Surgery Centers in Austell and Fayetteville will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 27, 2025 and Friday, November 28, 2025.
We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1.
