Rotator Cuff Repair (Mini-Open, Supraspinatus Tendon-to-Bone Insertion)

This surgical procedure is used to repair a torn supraspinatus tendon, one of the tendons that forms the rotator cuff of the shoulder. During this procedure, the tendon is reattached firmly to the head of the humerus.

New Year's Holiday Closures

In observance of the New Year holiday, all Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta offices, including physical therapy offices, MRI, and Surgery Centers in Austell and Fayetteville will close at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, and remain closed Thursday, January 1, 2026.
We will resume normal business hours on Friday, January 2.
