Leah Forlines, PT, DPT, is a Physical Therapist at the Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta Newnan office.
Leah attended University of Georgia in Athens, GA where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development. She completed her graduate work at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Leah is board certified by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.
