Biography

Zachary Crawford, M.D. provides orthopedic spine care to patients in our Sandy Springs location. He is a board-eligible orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery and spine trauma. Dr. Crawford performs cervical disc replacements, lumbar microdiscectomies and laminectomies, lateral and posterior fusions, cervical decompressions and fusions, and cervical disc replacements. In addition to spinal conditions, Dr. Crawford treats patients with work injuries, arthritis, degenerative conditions, and fractures.

Dr. Crawford attended medical school and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati. He then went on to complete an orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Crawford has been published in multiple publications and journals and has also presented at orthopedic and spine meetings across the country including AAOS and NASS.
