Biography
George J. Schilling, D.O. is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist with Subspecialty training in Pain Medicine. He practices in our Marietta and Woodstock locations. Dr. Schilling provides nonsurgical orthopedic care to patients utilizing his training in nonsurgical management of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and sports-related injuries. His practice includes nonsurgical orthopedic medicine, interventional spine, and musculoskeletal medicine, spinal cord stimulation, and sympathetic blocks.
Dr. Schilling is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Boston and completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He completed a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the East Carolina University Brody Medical Center in Greenville, N.C. and went on to complete an Interventional Pain and Spine Fellowship at The Core Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
As a PM&R physician, Dr. Schilling’s goal is to improve function, pain, and quality of life for his patients with a multidisciplinary approach that includes interventional procedures, physical therapy, and medication management.
