Many patients are concerned about changes for elective surgery in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Todd A. Schmidt, MD, Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta, recently put together an Elective Surgery Algorithm to aid in the decision process for elective surgery during the COVID-19 crisis.

New Year's Holiday Hours

In observance of the New Year holiday, all Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta offices, including physical therapy offices, MRI, and Surgery Centers in Austell and Fayetteville will close at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 31, and remain closed Thursday, January 1, 2026.
We will resume normal business hours on Friday, January 2.
