Talar Fracture Fixation (Open Reduction and Internal Fixation)

This procedure is used to correct a fracture of the talus, one of the three main bones that form the ankle joint. During this procedure, the surgeon stabilizes the bone with hardware to allow the bone to heal properly.

Christmas Holiday Hours

In observance of the Christmas holiday, all Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta offices, including physical therapy offices, MRI, and Surgery Centers in Austell and Fayetteville will close at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 24, and remain closed Thursday, December 25, 2025.
We will resume normal business hours on Friday, December 26.
