The OrthoAtlanta Patient Portal allows you to communicate 24/7 with your OrthoAtlanta healthcare team in a secure and confidential manner when it is convenient for you. From the Patient Portal, you can:

  • Communicate with your physician and other OrthoAtlanta service providers
  • Request an appointment
  • Reschedule an appointment
  • Review and pay your bill
  • Review your Personal Health Information
  • Complete and update medical forms
  • Make changes to your contact information
  • Research health topics

Preparing for Your Visit provides you with helpful tips to plan for your initial visit to our office, including your initial Registration. Also find information about Record Changes, Medications and Appointment Cancellations. For patients who may need communications assistance during their office visit due to a disability such as hearing, sight, speech or manual impairment, please refer to Auxiliary Aids and Services for the types of services we are happy to provide at no additional cost to you during your office visit.
