Daily average of U.S. COVID hospitalizations hit 100,000. Pushed by the highly contagious Delta variant and high number of unvaccinated people, the daily average of hospitalizations for COVID-19 has hit 100,000, while the daly death toll now tops 1,000 -- the first time it has done so since March. E.U. to recommend against non-essential travel by Americans. Surging coronavirus caseloads in the United States mean that the country will be be removed from the European Union's "safe list" of nations whose citizens can travel to the 27-nation bloc without additional restrictions such as testing and quarantine. Healthy diet may bring healthy sex life to men. New research shows that the heart-healthy Mediterranean diet -- which focuses on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and olive oil -- may help ward off erectile dysfunction in men. Read more
